Premium Bandai has unveiled the latest addition to its High Grade After Colony series of GunPla kits: the Leo-R from New Mobile Report Gundam Wing Dual Story: G-Unit. The OZ-06MS-SR2 Leo-R is a highly specialized mobile suit piloted by Kratz Silvy, a prominent member of the Stardust Knights within the OZ Prize faction.
Key Features of the Leo-R Model:
Unique Body Design: The Leo-R’s distinctive body shape has been recreated with new molding, reflecting the mobile suit's enhanced capabilities and custom build.
Extension Balancer: One of the most iconic features of the Leo-R is its Extension Balancer, which resembles a flowing, hair-like structure. This component is moveable, allowing for dynamic posing, and can be adjusted to reflect scenes from the manga.
Head: The head of the Leo-R has been crafted with new molding to emphasize its customized nature. The internal mechanical sensor is highlighted using foil seals, giving it a more realistic and detailed look.
Legs: Compared to the standard Leo, the Leo-R’s legs have been upgraded for improved flexibility. New parts were added to allow for more dynamic movements.
Wing Stabilizer: Another key feature of the Leo-R is its Wing Stabilizer, which is connected via ball joints to allow for flexible motion.
Beam Duel Lancer: The Leo-R model comes equipped with its signature weapon, the Beam Duel Lancer, as well as interchangeable hands—one for holding the weapon and an open hand for additional posing options.
The OZ-06MS-SR2 Leo-R is a custom mobile suit built for Kratz Silvy, a pilot of OZ Prize’s Stardust Knights. First appearing in New Mobile Report Gundam Wing Dual Story: G-Unit, this unit was specifically modified to enhance speed and agility.
Its design features a sleeker frame that doesn’t quite match its pilot’s rugged nature. The arms and legs have been swapped with those of the Aries, improving mobility, while additional modifications refine its overall performance. For combat, it comes equipped with a beam duel lancer, active jammer reed, shoulder shields, and a supercharged beam cannon—giving it both offensive power and defensive versatility.
Though different from the standard Leo, the Leo-R is built to excel in the fast-paced battles of the Stardust Knights.
