All NZ orders are sent with Courier Post.
These are the average processing/delivery times for orders to different parts of the country.
North Island NZ approx 1-3 business days
South Island NZ approx 1-4 business days

- Free NZ Shipping on orders over $99
- Auckland: Starting from $6.90
- North Island: Starting from $9.90
- South Island: Starting from $12.90
For rural addresses, a small additional fee may apply based on the rates above. Our website will automatically calculate the correct shipping cost based on your postcode.
Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the item and location. We will contact you before dispatching your item if this is the case.

PLAYX now offers a convenient pickup option for customers.
To ensure your order can be handed over safely and directly to you by our staff, the PLAYX Order Pickup Point is managed by a dedicated team member. For this reason, the pickup point is located at a residential address rather than our warehouse.
The PLAYX Order Pickup Point is located at a residential address, so pickup times are quite flexible. However, please text our staff on 021 446 828 to confirm your pickup time before arriving.
Suggested pickup time:
5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
If you would prefer to pick up at a different time, please text us in advance and we can arrange a suitable time.

How Can I Track my Order?
Once your order has left our warehouse you will be emailed a tracking number.
Please allow 12-24 hours to receive your tracking details.
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Order dispatch within 48 hours.
